Joey Pamment
Joey has more than 15 years of industry experience with a proven track record of success overseeing all phases of Remedial & Heritage repairs.
As Managing Director, he brings his energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every Remedial & Heritage repairs constructs with an extreme focus on quality, functionality, and longevity. He takes a forward-thinking and practical approach, drawing on experience working with a range of builders, from small operators to tier 1 industry leader.
His years “on the tools” have instilled a strong work ethic, a detailed understanding of the building cycle, and outstanding attention to detail. Joey is a natural leader who directs closely his onsite teams and coordinates subcontractors with confidence and precision.
Focusing predominantly on pragmatic planning, transparency, time management, cost control and forward-thinking methods, Joey‘s priority is to ensure handover dates are met alongside expectations and budget each and every time..
